I can't  understand how this boys defense atty and these jurors can sleep 
at
night, First off,  I believe the only thing that the boy is guilty of is
resisting arrest, He was running away from the Officer, The Officer chased
him into the water wearing a flac jacket, boots full of water and a gun 
belt,
Does anyone know how much this all weighed Wet ??  The coronor said he
drowned, not that he was drowned, There wasn't any sign of a struggle. Even
the fittest man can't swim with all of this weighing him down, and he was 
out
of breath from running naturally. and had alcohol in his system too.  The 
boy
turned himself in, do they think he would of done that had he just killed a
Police Officer?? I don't think so!! and they hold a trial for Capital 
murder
in the same town this was supposed to happen at. And No defense wittnesses
called in his behalf..   This boy never had a chance,,  He has to have a 
new
